There’s this guy in the office who comes in if he wants to. Two days ago, he came in again without warning. I was a little bit surprised when I saw him but I kept my cool and gave him my jillion dollar smile. He smiled back and asked  “How are you”? I quickly  answered “Never better”. I hurriedly went past through where he was standing but before I made another step he asked me again with another question

Is that your real hair color?

Not really. I replied. Then he went on again with another sentence -

You should color your hair like my hair color. 

I don’t think I’d look good on that , said I. ( What I really meant  was I don’t wanna look dumb).

– So I looked at him and smiled again and  made another fast steps before he opens his mouth and talk about the birds and the bees.

Oh look at that smile! - were the words I heard slowly fading while I walked hurriedly to my cubicle. 

My hair color is dark brown. I guess you already know what his hair color is.

Also, I sometimes fake smiles. Who doesn’t? Well, I do it when it’s necessary for the situation. Smiling is such a hassle but it can kill someone remotely in an instant ( or so I heard). I sometimes want to kill someone in an instant.

Today at work was rather mundane. My eyes couldn’t keep up with my mouth yawning like forever. I thought of making myself busy by sketching something that will appear in my head after drinking my glass of tea. X-Men’s  Dark Phoenix first appeared in my head for some reason.

 I was kind of lazy about sketching and all but I have to kill boredom or else it will kill me. So here she is, roughly, roughly sketched and doesn’t even look like the Dark Phoenix you see in the comics. Well, one, I don’t want my Dark Phoenix to look like what you see in the comics and two, uhm, I don’t have a second reason, really. So yeah. Forgive me.  My Dark Phoenix doesn’t even look like she’s having seizures and angry. See what I mean?
